Dr. Edith F. Coombes oversees the counseling ministry department of Bridgehouse Ministries. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Education, Master’s degree in Counselling, and a Doctorate in Philosophy and Theocentric Psychology. Her methods of behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy and the Principles of Design from a Christian counseling perspective, bring about meaningful changes in peoples lives. Edith has taught these methods in many nations and they are widely regarded as effective and efficient counseling techniques for helping overcome depression, anxiety, the effects of abuse and trauma, unwanted anger and behaviors, and relational problems.
Peter and Alicia Coombes are part of Bridgehouse Ministries and on the Pastoral Care Team. They were in full time ministry for 11 years in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. They were volunteers pastors in a Moncton church for 4 years where they ministered in several cities in New Brunswick. They have a passion to teach the practical Word of God and activate believers in their giftings. As pastors, they were trained in the “Prophetic Prayer Counseling” ministry, did marriage seminars and taught the DISC personality profile. They have a strong call to the apostolic and prophetic ministry.
